Job Description:

The Planning - SAP APO DP SNP Functional Consultant role involves supporting demand and supply planning integrated with ECC. Key responsibilities include configuring APO DP/SNP, troubleshooting CIF integration, and enhancing planning processes. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement. Experience in automation and AI tools is a plus.

Job Responsibility:

Support APO Demand Planning & Supply Network Planning integrated with ECC
DP Forecasting
Planning Books & Macros
SNP Heuristics & Deployment
CIF integration troubleshooting
Planning job monitoring
Data reconciliation between ECC & APO
Identify recurring incidents and propose automation
Leverage AI tools for log analysis and ticket triage (with validation)
Improve MTTR through AI-assisted RCA
Maintain and enhance knowledge base

Requirements:

Strong APO DP/SNP configuration
CIF integration troubleshooting
Planning book & macro expertise
Strong communication
Hands-on experience mandatory
Rotational shifts
24x7 P1/P2 coverage
Weekend support if required

Nice to have:

Experience in automation and AI tools
