The Planning & Reporting Lead is responsible for ensuring that all Construction projects are effectively planned, tracked and reported, providing one joined-up and accurate view of delivery performance across the business. The role acts as the central coordination point between Delivery and wider business functions, ensuring that departments are aligned on priorities, capacity, timelines and risks, and that planning is embedded as a core discipline across all projects. Through strong governance, structured reporting and proactive stakeholder engagement, the role supports timely decision-making and ensures that delivery risks and dependencies are clearly visible and managed. This role is focused on operational coordination, planning rigour and performance reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring that all Construction projects are effectively planned, tracked and reported, providing one joined-up and accurate view of delivery performance across the business
Acting as the central coordination point between Delivery and wider business functions, ensuring that departments are aligned on priorities, capacity, timelines and risks, and that planning is embedded as a core discipline across all projects
Supporting timely decision-making and ensuring that delivery risks and dependencies are clearly visible and managed through strong governance, structured reporting and proactive stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
Strong experience in operational planning, scheduling or performance reporting roles within delivery focused environments
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple departments
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Confident working with data, dashboards and workflow tools (e.g. monday.com, PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel or similar)
Comfortable operating in fast-paced delivery or project-based environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Confident user of project planning, workflow and reporting tools
Experience producing management information, dashboards and performance reports for senior stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions
Nice to have:
Experience in construction, infrastructure, logistics or asset-based businesses is desirable
