Job Description:

Fixed Term Planning Office Officer to join our Radiopharmacy team for 18 months. Support our national network of 5 Radiopharmaceutical Production Units and the customers we serve. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating and managing production schedules
  • Ensuring timely delivery of radiopharmaceuticals
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external customers
  • Optimizing workflow processes
  • Addressing logistical challenges
  • Providing updates on order statuses
  • Maintaining accurate records and data to support invoicing and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Proactively liaising between AMRL manufacturing sites and customers to communicate batch status and future deliveries
  • Management of the order inboxes for FDG, FEC, and NaF using the corporate ordering system
  • Handling individual inboxes for FBB, PSMA, and TAU
  • Coordinating courier deliveries
  • Providing shipping updates at point of dispatch
  • Informing customers of any delays
  • Maintaining accurate records of doses ordered and supplied

Requirements:

  • GCSE including English and Mathematics
  • Customer service experience
  • Experienced in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills

  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Excellent organisation skills, timekeeping, and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
