We are partnering with a leading integrated media agency in Dubai that is looking to hire a Media Planner with a strong grounding in offline media, particularly TV, to support delivery across a key account. This role is ideal for a planner who has built solid experience across traditional channels and is now looking to expand into digital, working on a large ecommerce-led client within a fully integrated setup.
Job Responsibility:
Support the development of media plans, with a strong focus on offline channels, particularly TV
Assist in building integrated media strategies across offline and digital touchpoints
Work closely with internal teams including digital, buying, and analytics to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Manage day-to-day planning and campaign execution across assigned accounts
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Support client communication, ensuring smooth delivery and responsiveness
Contribute to the evolution of planning approaches as the account grows into ecommerce and performance marketing
Requirements:
2-4 years’ experience in media planning within an agency environment
Strong experience across offline media, particularly TV planning
Understanding of how offline channels integrate with digital media
Exposure to digital planning or interest in developing in this area
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
