Job Description

As the Planning Manager for the Nordics, you will hold a pivotal and operational role within our sales organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the high-quality delivery of our podcast campaigns while supporting and guiding a team of five. This position combines team responsibility with a strong hands-on focus. You will be actively involved in campaign planning and execution, working closely with a dedicated Key Account Manager to support the sales team. Additionally, you will ensure a balanced workload across your team and serve as a vital bridge between Planning and the rest of the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Support, guide, and motivate a team of five to ensure best-in-class delivery
  • Delegate tasks and manage workflows to ensure a balanced and fair distribution of assignments
  • Stay closely involved in day-to-day operations by supporting a dedicated Key Account Manager and leading podcast campaigns from briefing to final reporting (approximately 80% of the role)
  • Represent the Swedish Planning team in meetings with new partners and podcast creators
  • Act as a link between the Planning team and other departments, sharing updates and changes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and podcasters
  • Represent the Planning team internally and play a key role in the rollout and adoption of new systems and tools

Requirements

  • Experience leading others is a plus
  • Relevant experience in campaign management, media planning, or project management
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Keynote or Google Slides, and various project management systems
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Genuine passion for podcasts, content, and storytelling across multiple platforms and channels
