As the Planning Manager for the Nordics, you will hold a pivotal and operational role within our sales organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the high-quality delivery of our podcast campaigns while supporting and guiding a team of five. This position combines team responsibility with a strong hands-on focus. You will be actively involved in campaign planning and execution, working closely with a dedicated Key Account Manager to support the sales team. Additionally, you will ensure a balanced workload across your team and serve as a vital bridge between Planning and the rest of the organization.
Job Responsibility
Support, guide, and motivate a team of five to ensure best-in-class delivery
Delegate tasks and manage workflows to ensure a balanced and fair distribution of assignments
Stay closely involved in day-to-day operations by supporting a dedicated Key Account Manager and leading podcast campaigns from briefing to final reporting (approximately 80% of the role)
Represent the Swedish Planning team in meetings with new partners and podcast creators
Act as a link between the Planning team and other departments, sharing updates and changes
Build strong relationships with clients and podcasters
Represent the Planning team internally and play a key role in the rollout and adoption of new systems and tools
Requirements
Experience leading others is a plus
Relevant experience in campaign management, media planning, or project management
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Keynote or Google Slides, and various project management systems
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Genuine passion for podcasts, content, and storytelling across multiple platforms and channels
