Job Description

Join our Regional Operations HUB and play a vital role in bringing unforgettable cruise experiences to life. You'll support the seamless planning and coordination of shore excursions, transfers, port services, and cruise turnarounds across multiple destinations—ensuring every detail is perfectly in place.

Job Responsibility

  • You'll receive, analyse, and prepare operational and booking data to ensure accurate setup in our internal planning systems
  • Loading and maintaining cruise line portfolios across our tools and databases will be part of your day-to-day, keeping everything running smoothly
  • You'll coordinate a range of services including shore and river excursions, transfers, port services, and cruise turnarounds
  • Sending operational orders to suppliers and liaising with them to ensure service readiness is key to this role
  • Managing changes, modifications, and cancellations will keep operations flowing seamlessly, while you work closely with Port Delivery teams during cruise calls
  • Supporting cost optimisation, sales planning, and basic operational reporting will help us deliver exceptional service within budget
