Job Description:

We're looking for a Booking and Planning Executive to join our Intercruises Regional Operational HUB team in Le Havre, France. You'll manage the full scope of operations for Shorex, transfers, and cruise turnarounds, ensuring our entire portfolio runs smoothly whilst driving cost efficiencies and maintaining our high service standards. This is a fixed-term contract for 8 months with a view to going permanent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full scope of operations for Shorex, transfers, and cruise turnarounds
  • Ensure entire portfolio runs smoothly whilst driving cost efficiencies and maintaining high service standards
  • Receive and analyse data across all verticals
  • Load cruise line portfolio into the system whilst ensuring everything aligns with global guidelines for standardisation
  • Plan services – coordinating with suppliers and managing the planning system to meet operational requirements
  • Distribute operations information across the team and other business areas
  • Monitor changes, modifications, and cancellations
  • Update the planning system constantly to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle special request bookings
  • Optimise cost and sales planning according to budgets
  • Report system incidences
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments

Requirements:

  • Previous user knowledge of Asterix highly desirable
  • Ability to solve problems independently and suggest improvements
