Planning Engineer

• Update and maintain the Level 3 Master Schedule using Primavera P6
• Support the development of the overall EPC project schedule (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
• Manage interfaces and sequencing between all project phases
• Perform resource?loading of the schedule using Earned Value Methodology
• Conduct progress monitoring, forecasts, and schedule follow?up
• Analyse deviations, risks, opportunities, and propose corrective/preventive actions
• Prepare explanatory notes: assumptions, interfaces, critical path, constraints, resource plans
• Produce internal and external planning reports
• Support preparation and participation in internal and client progress meetings
• Conduct what?if analyses and scenario simulations
• Support mitigation proposals to maintain schedule integrity
• Use all available project documentation to ensure high?quality, consistent planning deliverables

• 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Energy projects
• Strong understanding of Engineering–Procurement–Construction workflows and interfaces
• Experience with EPC FEED and execution phases is an advantage
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Knowledge of MSP, Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Ability to manage complex project interfaces
