The Jobholder is responsible for the delivery and performance of the TSP Planning activities provided to customer(s) under FHS-TSP contracts. In this function, the job holder is responsible to ensure that the aircraft maintenance program is executed for the contracted operators fleet of aircraft in a timely and efficient manner, in coordination with respective stakeholders. The job holder is also responsible to manage ERP modules related to aircraft maintenance planning, program and related activity.
Job Responsibility:
Forecast maintenance requirements
Generation and scheduling all maintenance tasks as required by the Operator’s Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) for accomplishment in a timely and cost effective manner and ensure optimization
Prepare detailed guidance and necessary information with maintenance instructions for generating work orders and work packages
Responsible for release of work package for checks
Responsible for tracking all maintenance checks
To liaison with MCC/ Operator’s planning for scheduled maintenance activities to monitor yield on checks
Organize Daily Production Planning Meeting
Determines the priority of maintenance tasks for Operator’s scheduled in-service aircraft
Monitor the compliance of Routine Maintenance packages as per AMP/Company procedures, as applicable and take appropriate action for any deferred tasks
Resolve operational queries from other departments, Operator and MROs
Develop, plan and coordinate with associated departments for all jobs to be carried out on Operator’s fleet to ensure availability of manpower, materials, tools and equipment, downtime and necessary paperwork
Control and adjust plans based on day-to-day status report on maintenance check highlighting any significant deviation from plan
Schedule, monitor and compliance of Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives and Engineering Orders, Raise work cards with proper due date/tasks/spares and materials
Preparation of Aircraft Induction package
Support Aircraft Redelivery activities as necessary
Requirements:
Engineering ERP skills, with valid experience on managing AMP, Production Planning and Line planning activities
Experience in handling commercial airline / MRO planning activities in coordination with multiple stakeholders
Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
