Job Responsibility:
Specific Accountabilities Project Set-Up (working with project management, system administration and document controls to develop a project set-up that facilitates both internal and external Project Services requirements)
Planning/Scheduling (Provide Project Planning/Scheduling services to project teams to ensure that completion dates are being met Cost Management/Control (Provide cost control services to project teams to ensure proper project cost management and profitability monitoring)
Invoice Advice Reports (Verify & Approve Invoice Advice Reports before issuance to Finance). Project Analysis and Forecasting (Analysis of project schedule and costing trends)
weekly upload of project data to Project Controls Database)
Project Reporting (issue of Internal weekly project status reports and Clients External progress reports)
Quality Control (ensuring projects are controlled, monitored, and documented according to Project Services standards /specification
Coordinate and expediate office resourcing updates
Present key resourcing metrics to office delivery team
Assist office operations and sales teams with office resourcing overview while bidding new opportunities
But offshore project experience in FEED phase is required
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in relevant engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical) from an accredited university
Twelve (12+) years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years' experience of handling FEED projects
