Job Description:

Unique opportunity for an experienced Planning Associate to join a Top tier firm with a global presence. The successful candidate will work alongside leading Planning lawyers advising on landmark projects across a diverse range of sectors. The team frequently advises on a broad spectrum of planning and environmental issues, such as planning applications, environmental impact assessments, planning and highways agreements, planning appeals and judicial reviews, planning enforcement, listed building consent applications, and compulsory purchase.

Job Responsibility:

Provide guidance on planning and environmental matters related to real estate, corporate, and financing transactions
Conduct due diligence
Prepare comprehensive reports
Negotiate key contractual provisions such as planning and environmental warranties, indemnities, and both conditions precedent and subsequent

Requirements:

An experienced solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
Strong understanding of English planning system and environmental regulations
Must possess experience of planning appeals and inquiries
Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
