Job Responsibility

  • Support the end-to-end management of the Business Operations transformation portfolio, helping bring ideas from planning through to delivery
  • Coordinate prioritisation and planning activities, ensuring the right initiatives are delivered at the right time
  • Maintain clear delivery plans, milestones, and progress tracking to keep everything on course
  • Enable strong governance by supporting forums, reporting processes, and structured updates to stakeholders
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential challenges and supporting mitigation plans
  • Ensure alignment between planning and delivery, helping teams stay focused on outcomes and priorities
  • Partner closely with value teams to ensure initiatives deliver against commercial targets and business goals
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, bringing ideas to enhance efficiency, consistency, and impact
  • Maintain accurate planning documentation and use tools to create visibility across the portfolio

Requirements

  • Experience supporting transformation programmes, PMO, or operational change initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, with confidence in maintaining accurate reports and documentation
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, with familiarity across Waterfall or hybrid approaches
  • Proven ability to track progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to engage across different teams
  • Hands-on experience with delivery and planning tools such as Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of service operations and business processes within a telecoms environment (preferred)
