Job Description

Join our Multi Utility Contractor in Halifax as a Planning and Delivery Coordinator Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll oversee project management from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Works Programmes and schedules.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage enquiries, asset records, and tendering processes
  • Overseeing project closures for DNOs, IDNOs, GTs, IGTs, and water companies, including compiling Asset Value Completion Packs and as-laid drawings
  • Procure gas, water, and electric materials for various utilities
  • Maintain MPAN and MPRN records, facilitating meter registrations
  • Handle Section 50 notices and project closures for utilities
  • Understand streetworks methodologies and manage traffic requirements
  • Raise invoices, manage ledger, and track assets and meter compliance
  • Coordinate developer notifications and energization requests
  • Manage documentation, oversee as-built coordination for smaller gas connections, and organise RO connections with subcontractors
  • Attend project meetings to report progress and resolve site issues

Requirements
