Join our Multi Utility Contractor in Halifax as a Planning and Delivery Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll oversee project management from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Works Programmes and schedules.
Job Responsibility:
Manage enquiries, asset records, and tendering processes
Overseeing project closures for DNOs, IDNOs, GTs, IGTs, and water companies, including compiling Asset Value Completion Packs and as-laid drawings
Procure gas, water, and electric materials for various utilities
Maintain MPAN and MPRN records, facilitating meter registrations
Handle Section 50 notices and project closures for utilities
Understand streetworks methodologies and manage traffic requirements
Raise invoices, manage ledger, and track assets and meter compliance
Coordinate developer notifications and energization requests
Manage documentation, oversee as-built coordination for smaller gas connections, and organise RO connections with subcontractors
Attend project meetings to report progress and resolve site issues
Requirements:
SHEA Gas, Water & Electric certification
Full UK driving license
Utility sector experience
Strong team collaboration and communication skills
