As a Planning and Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Planning and preparing manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows
Ensuring manufacturing specifications meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
Analyzing plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources
Coordinating and following up on workflow in manufacturing processes
Analyzing and monitoring costs in relation to manufacturing to ensure delivery and budget fulfillment
Be responsible for the inventory control, for its capital efficiency and service levels
Update on weekly basis PU's stock inventory, order stock profile, lead time and delivery status with the support from logistics department
Develop Department functions and the function team member's competence
Task assigned by the PU Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or industrial management, with an MBA being a plus
Extensive experience in industrial management, preferably within international companies in China
Deep understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and international trading regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Coaching and leadership abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Process-oriented mindset, especially in planning capabilities
Expertise in stock inventory control and logical thinking
Familiarity with IT systems such as Power BI and ERP systems
Fluency in both oral and written English
Professional-level Chinese language skills
Proactive, self-motivated individual with a business-minded, result-oriented attitude
