We are seeking an experienced Planning and Allocation manager to lead a team of planners/allocators along with a small team of administration staff at our Wembley office, this pivotal role supports a field force of up to 1300 engineers and around 4000 jobs/tasks per day. You’ll ensure daily tasks are assigned in the correct manner.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a team of admin staff, driving performance and accountability
Oversee the daily allocation of work to up to 1,300 engineers
Identify and deliver improvements to processes, systems, and reporting
Liaise with our client on a daily basis for work numbers and locations
Liaise as a point of contact internally to Head of Department with changes, updates
Requirements:
Experience in planning or scheduling
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and influence teams
Data-driven, with a track record of driving improvements
Resilient and proactive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
