Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Allocation manager to lead a team of planners/allocators along with a small team of administration staff at our Wembley office, this pivotal role supports a field force of up to 1300 engineers and around 4000 jobs/tasks per day. You’ll ensure daily tasks are assigned in the correct manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and develop a team of admin staff, driving performance and accountability
  • Oversee the daily allocation of work to up to 1,300 engineers
  • Identify and deliver improvements to processes, systems, and reporting
  • Liaise with our client on a daily basis for work numbers and locations
  • Liaise as a point of contact internally to Head of Department with changes, updates

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning or scheduling
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and influence teams
  • Data-driven, with a track record of driving improvements
  • Resilient and proactive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
