Job Description:

As the Planning & Activation Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Business-as-Usual (BAU) activity across the Grocery, Ireland, and Out of Home channels. You’ll be the go‑to person for coordination, planning, and operational excellence—working closely with internal teams, field operations, and senior stakeholders to make sure plans land flawlessly. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the detail, spotting opportunities to improve processes, and keeping teams aligned and informed. Your field expertise will help shape smarter ways of working, ensuring we deliver consistently high standards across the Ferrero division.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day operational activity across multiple channels
  • Maintain planning tools, trackers, and calendars to ensure visibility of key deadlines
  • Support the activation of channel initiatives, ensuring all operational requirements are met
  • Act as a central liaison between senior leadership, operations, insights, and field teams
  • Review BAU processes to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with Grocery, Ireland, and Out of Home teams to ensure field objectives are delivered
  • Facilitate communication between Operations, Insights, IT, Data, and other internal teams
  • Provide clear updates on progress, challenges, and solutions
  • Use data and insights to inform decision‑making
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Support field teams with resources, tools, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with internal events and activities to ensure smooth execution
