Job Responsibility

  • Upload and update project and planning data
  • Support the scheduling and adjustment of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) dates based on deliveries and available information
  • Monitor deadlines for studies, schematics, and orders, and flag risks or delays
  • Prepare and send planning updates to internal teams and suppliers
  • Support FAT preparation (request checklists, verify availability of deliverables)
  • Provide administrative and communication support in coordinating between stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in a planning, administrative, or support role
  • Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in administration
  • Dutch, French, and English fluent
  • Structured and precise working style
  • Basic analytical skills to understand changes and planning impact
  • You demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
  • You are eager to learn and enjoy working collaboratively in a team
