Job Description

We are seeking a Planner/Scheduler to coordinate training and site exposure activities for Perth-based personnel. The role ensures all training and competency development aligns with operational priorities, 90-day plans, and CMS requirements, while minimising impact on critical operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and schedule site exposure and training activities aligned with 90-day plans
  • Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Lab leaders to assign individuals to the right teams, shifts, and mentors
  • Use CMS training profiles and tools (e.g., Prometheus) to build and maintain accurate schedules
  • Confirm participant availability, attendance, and activity timing/locations with planners, leaders, and training providers
  • Track training progress and compliance using tools like Power BI and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Identify training and competency risks, implement mitigations, and coordinate travel requirements with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ planning, scheduling, or coordination experience in operational maintenance or production
  • Exposure to the resource industry and experience coordinating operational activities
  • Skilled in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent
  • Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident)
