We are seeking a Planner/Scheduler to coordinate training and site exposure activities for Perth-based personnel. The role ensures all training and competency development aligns with operational priorities, 90-day plans, and CMS requirements, while minimising impact on critical operations.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and schedule site exposure and training activities aligned with 90-day plans
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Lab leaders to assign individuals to the right teams, shifts, and mentors
Use CMS training profiles and tools (e.g., Prometheus) to build and maintain accurate schedules
Confirm participant availability, attendance, and activity timing/locations with planners, leaders, and training providers
Track training progress and compliance using tools like Power BI and provide regular updates to leadership
Identify training and competency risks, implement mitigations, and coordinate travel requirements with stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years’ planning, scheduling, or coordination experience in operational maintenance or production
Exposure to the resource industry and experience coordinating operational activities
Skilled in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent
Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident)
