Job Description:

This role will participate in the development and management of supply and demand planning activities. This candidate will balance contending objectives to improve customer service and revenue, reduce supply chain costs, and optimize working capital.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate and contribute to S&OP process in collaboration with PLM and Operations
  • Build, maintain, and communicate long-term demand forecast, build, and allocate capacity to Contract Manufacturers and Operations
  • Collaborate with the following cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities from start to completion: Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Operations, Contract Manufacturers, Product Line Management, Customer Services, Sales, Procurement, and Finance
  • Analyze and agree to inventory targets at a global and plant level
  • Partner with Engineering/Sales and PLM to support speed-to-market initiatives for NPI activities
  • Lead excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory management activities
  • Build reports related to forecast/inventory and operations relevant to current business requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR of equivalent with minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Experience of advance excel for crafting reports

Nice to have:

SAP and Business Objects (BO) experience
