Job Responsibility

Ensure precise, cost-effective fuel supply planning and lowest unit cost delivered for the trucks planned
Planning indicator summarization, analyses, and reporting
Fulfil operational goals and objectives to achieve optimal fleet planning metrics
Liaise with Supply or sourcing, operations, BU fuel team and execute on actions to always ensure efficient value chain
Handle calls and address operational issues during shift
Liaison with other units in the company to gain planning improvements
Support improvement projects or new systems implementations as needed
Pro-active approach to suggest solutions to customer complaints
Monitor activities within fuel stations to ensure sufficient inventory levels
Ensure ownership of HSSE targets & compliance within distribution together with operations managers

Job Responsibility

Responsible for service level and preventing inventory runouts at stations, always ensuring sufficient stock levels
Liaise with supply/sourcing to ensure efficient value chain, and oversee fleet planning to fulfill operational goals
Ensure adherence to HSSE targets and compliance within distribution
Accountable for maintaining a positive P&L for in-fleet trucks, keeping stations with sufficient stock all the time, and efficient fleet planning and monitoring of performance metrics
Handle calls and address operational issues, show immediate reaction, and support drivers in resolving fuel delivery-related issues
Drive process, innovation, and transformational change within the department, and initiatives for operational improvements, process/workflow development, and managing cross functional projects
Follow and establish industry standards, implementing SOPs to achieve desired benchmarks on fleet planning metrics HSE, Load size, drop size, productivity, P&L (in house), etc.
Monitor activities within Fuel Distribution to make sure standards and procedures are met for product reconciliations
Work collaboratively across multiple sets of stakeholders—business functions and the global F&L team—to deliver on project deliverables
Proactively recommend multiple approaches along with their pros & cons to the business stakeholders and support making the right decisions

Requirements
