Are you ready to take the reins in delivering exceptional planned maintenance services for high-end retail clients across the UK? Our client is seeking a dynamic Planned Maintenance Manager to join their team in Southwark.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a small team, providing support and guidance
  • Manage relationships with contractors and in-house engineers
  • Oversee the invoicing process and produce reports
  • Assist in quoting and maintain internal and external systems
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and value
  • Attend quarterly client meetings to follow up on actions

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience in a high-pressure environment within the facilities maintenance industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A problem solving mindset and attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
