Our client, successful in the facilities management industry, is on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Administrator to join their Planned Maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will provide exceptional service to their valued clients! About the Role: you will be the friendly face and voice for their customers. Your role will be crucial in scheduling appointments and coordinating their skilled engineers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage in day-to-day planned maintenance tasks and maintenance jobs
  • Liaise with clients to schedule appointments
  • Order materials for the engineers
  • Submit RAM to the shopping centre security desk
  • Foster clear and proactive communication with clients, seeking feedback for continuous improvement
  • Monitor service lines and subcontractor work effectively
  • Raise and update job sheets and create and manage quotes
  • Maintain and update booking spreadsheets
  • Complete necessary paperwork for works carried out
  • Keep planned maintenance schedules current and accurate

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in a similar roles is beneficial
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with FM Management Information Systems, MS Word, and Excel
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • A willingness to participate in various tasks and contribute to the team's success
  • A true team player with a positive attitude
