We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in at our picturesque lakeside, boldly flavored Cuban-American cuisine and golfhouse restaurant, Plancha.
Job Responsibility:
Primarily work with the hot station (I.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
Building inventory lists, as well as strategic overview of preparation for the specific outlet
Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort
Requirements:
2 years of culinary experience
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
