Active California Bar license and currently based in California
3+ years of litigation experience
Strong foundation in civil litigation, including civil procedure, motions, motions in limine, hearings, and trial preparation
Proven ability to handle substantive portions of cases and has ideally previously has sat as 2nd chair for trials
Interest in gaining hearing and trial experience in a fast-paced plaintiff-side litigation practice
Ability to ramp up quickly and manage a substantive workload
Willingness to travel throughout California for hearings and court appearances

Job Responsibility
