Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our law firm client's team in Gilbert, Arizona. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting attorneys with PI litigation cases and ensuring the smooth management of legal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses a strong background in personal injury litigation. This is a hybrid role.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough legal research and compile findings to support case strategies
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
  • Manage case files and ensure accurate tracking using case management software
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and deadlines through effective calendar management
  • Handle e-filing of court documents and ensure compliance with court requirements
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders
  • File and organize court documents while maintaining proper records
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare discovery materials and responses
  • Utilize Adobe Acrobat to edit and format legal documents as needed
  • Provide support on personal injury litigation cases, including plaintiff-focused matters

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, particularly in personal injury cases
  • Proficiency in case management software and calendar management tools
  • Strong knowledge of legal research methods and e-filing procedures
  • Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with accuracy
  • Familiarity with trial preparation processes and courtroom procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document formatting and editing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
