Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

• Support discovery processes, including gathering and organizing evidence pertinent to personal injury cases
• Coordinate depositions, ensuring all necessary arrangements and documentation are prepared
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including drafting trial materials and managing exhibits
• File legal documents accurately and in accordance with court procedures
• Manage case files using specialized case management software to maintain organization and accessibility
• Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and development
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties to facilitate case progress

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation
• Proficiency in discovery processes and trial preparation
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and legal documentation
• Experience with case management software to organize and track legal files
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong translation skills are ideal for the role
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with attorneys, clients, and third parties
