This is an excellent opportunity for the Litigation Paralegal to work closely with trial attorneys on high-exposure, complex litigation matters within a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation
Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and deposition notices
Prepare and respond to written discovery
Manage document production and case files
Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and case materials
Coordinate expert discovery and related deadlines
Assist with law and motion filings and exhibit preparation
Prepare trial binders, witness lists, exhibit lists, and pre-trial filings
Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Maintain litigation and trial calendars
Requirements:
5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of California litigation procedures and deadlines
Experience supporting attorneys through trial preparation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
At least 5 years of paralegal experience supporting civil litigation matters
Demonstrated background in discovery, trial preparation, and day-to-day litigation support
Experience working on plaintiff-side cases, ideally involving personal injury or other high-exposure civil claims
Strong drafting skills with the ability to prepare clear, accurate legal documents and correspondence
Proficiency with case management software and document organization in active litigation files
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to balance multiple deadlines
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with attorneys and external contacts
