We are looking for a skilled Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in litigation to join our team in Brentwood, California. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling personal injury cases and be ready to take on responsibilities independently without requiring close supervision. Job Responsibility

  • Conduct depositions and skillfully defend clients during legal proceedings
  • Represent clients at case management conferences and ensure accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with opposing counsel through meet and confer sessions to move cases forward
  • Draft and file motions, ensuring compliance with court requirements and deadlines
  • Finalize complaints and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage discovery processes, including reviewing evidence and preparing responses
  • Provide strategic guidance and legal advice to clients throughout the litigation process
  • Prepare briefs and other legal materials necessary for successful case outcomes
  • Ensure all aspects of plaintiff-side litigation are handled effectively and with attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, particularly on the plaintiff side
  • Active license to practice law in the state of California
  • Expertise in civil litigation processes, including drafting motions and briefs
  • Strong skills in discovery, including managing evidence and preparing responses
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle cases with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for meet and confer sessions
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to finalize legal documents accurately
  • Solid knowledge of plaintiff-side legal strategies and case management
