Job Responsibility:
Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff-side litigation
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Manage case files, calendaring, and deadlines
Coordinate medical records, billing, and client communication
Assist with settlement packages and demands
Provide trial preparation support, including exhibits and binders
File documents in state and federal courts
Requirements:
3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and deadlines
Experience with pre-litigation and litigation workflows
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in civil litigation
Proficiency in managing discovery processes and responding to discovery requests
Familiarity with state court filing procedures and litigation deadlines
Strong knowledge of personal injury and workers' compensation law
Paralegal certification is preferred
Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a small office environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
