Job Responsibility

Manage case investigations meticulously, ensuring all relevant data is collected and analyzed
Handle the discovery process efficiently, coordinating with all involved parties to gather necessary information
Conduct and defend depositions, ensuring all pertinent facts are accurately presented
Review documents related to cases, ensuring all information is accurate and relevant
Draft and argue motions with precision and effectiveness
Prepare cases for trial, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for successful case presentation
Develop a thorough understanding of asbestos exposure sources and basic medical terminology associated with mesothelioma
Act as a second or third chair during trials, with the potential for first chair trials after gaining sufficient experience
Communicate effectively with clients, offering empathy and building rapport with individuals from varied backgrounds
Utilize case management software, document management tools, and attorney billing software proficiently
