A highly regarded plaintiff-side trial firm is seeking an Entry-Level Litigation Attorney who is eager to develop strong litigation and trial skills while working on high-value, complex cases. Job Responsibility:
Assist with all phases of litigation from case intake through trial
Draft pleadings, discovery, and law and motion
Conduct legal research and writing
Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Assist with trial preparation and courtroom support
Communicate with clients, experts, and medical providers
Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
Requirements:
Newly admitted to the California Bar or up to 2 years of litigation experience
Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills
Interest in plaintiff-side litigation and trial advocacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a mentorship-driven environment
Possess at least 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in civil cases
Hold a degree from a top 100 law school and demonstrate exceptional legal writing skills
Licensed attorney with strong knowledge of substantive law and motion practice
Prior experience in depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy is highly desirable
Interest in plaintiff litigation and a commitment to client advocacy
Open to candidates with litigation experience in government roles, family law, or workers' compensation
Ability to manage a fluid caseload and adapt to varying case types and complexities
