Plaintiff employment litigation firm handling matters involving discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, and sexual harassment claims. Additional practice areas include real estate, business, wrongful death, and construction litigation. Collaborative team environment consisting of 2 partners and 1 associate.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a high-volume plaintiff employment litigation caseload in a fast-paced environment
Handling all aspects of law and motion practice, including drafting motions and oppositions
Propounding and responding to written discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibit review, witness preparation, and case strategy support
Communicating directly with clients and providing case updates throughout litigation
Requirements:
1+ year of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense experience welcomed)
