Job Responsibility

Support elder abuse litigation matters from intake through trial
Focus on nursing home abuse, neglect, and substandard care claims
Assist with cases involving improper hospital transfers and inadequate follow up care
Conduct heavy legal research and manage discovery, including document review and production
Draft and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Maintain and monitor all litigation deadlines and key case dates
Work independently while collaborating closely with another Paralegal and Clerks
