Job Responsibility

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for Sr Account Managers, Account Executives, and clients responding to inquiries and relaying important information between clients and the account management team
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials for client presentations, and organizing follow-up tasks
  • Maintains and updates client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of account data
  • Prepares regular performance reports and presentations on account status, client engagement, and service utilization for internal review
  • analyzes data, and responds to customer requests
  • Acts as a liaison between internal partners, and customers/consultants
  • Helps troubleshoot client issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Submits service tickets and product requests
  • works with billing, commission and banking teams for client specific needs
  • Builds customer and consultant relationships
  • assists with collateral needs for customers
  • attends benefit fairs/enrollment meetings when requested by customers
  • Works with drafting and compliance for customer specific needs
  • Supports ongoing projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that client expectations are met
  • Performs other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • 1 or more years’ experience with disability, life, FML, state and company leave products, account management, customer service or administrative support
  • Experience with servicing customers in a professional environment
  • Upon hire certifications/licenses: Licenses dependent upon product being support with specified time frame
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice to have

Proficiency in CRM and account management tools (preferred)
