Job Responsibility

Serves as a primary point of contact for Sr Account Managers, Account Executives, and clients responding to inquiries and relaying important information between clients and the account management team
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials for client presentations, and organizing follow-up tasks
Maintains and updates client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of account data
Prepares regular performance reports and presentations on account status, client engagement, and service utilization for internal review
analyzes data, and responds to customer requests
Acts as a liaison between internal partners, and customers/consultants
Helps troubleshoot client issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team members
Submits service tickets and product requests
works with billing, commission and banking teams for client specific needs
Builds customer and consultant relationships
