Job Description:

Citi is looking for Placement Analysts to join the Corporate Banking team in Copenhagen. Corporate Bankers are relationship-focused finance professionals responsible for understanding complex financial issues facing clients worldwide and executing investments. The 6-month placement analyst program provides in-depth education within Corporate Banking. Successful placement analysts may be considered for full-time positions after completion.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling and capital markets analysis
Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis
Liaise with product partners
Assist in the presentation and development of new ideas to clients
Structure deals

Requirements:

You are in your penultimate or final year of university or graduated
Expected to achieve a 10 or above (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in any degree discipline
You have an interest in business
You are fluent in English and a Nordic language (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish)
Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn, and success in team environments
Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is a plus, but not required
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
Unquestioned commitment to integrity ethical decision-making
