Job Description:

Citi's Banking team is looking for a Placement Analyst to join the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team within the Investment Banking division for six months. You will be involved in a number of M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions. During your internship, you will gain extensive knowledge of the Italian FIG landscape while developing fundamental analytical and modeling capabilities alongside all the soft skills required to succeed in an international and highly dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct research and analyze industry trends related to business development
Build financial models, assess valuation and explore corporate finance solutions for big-picture financial analyses
Participate in client development, including coordinating data with clients and assisting in the presentation of new ideas to clients

Requirements:

You are available to start in October 2025
You have strong academics
You are currently enrolled in a University that can provide an internship agreement
Have an interest in Investment Banking
You are fluent in English and Italian
