Job Description:

3-month internship in Investment Banking team providing strategic advice to corporate and financial sponsor clients in Germany on private and public M&A and capital markets transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, underwriting and distributing equity, debt, and derivative securities.

Job Responsibility:

Collect and analyse company information to assist transactions
Conduct industry research
Analyse financial data and develop financial models including company valuations
Create and finalize new business development presentations
Coordinate tasks with internal and external working teams
Prepare required internal documentation e.g. control and compliance regulations

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
Excellent university grades
First working experience through an internship or working student position within Banking, Consulting, Audit or Transaction Advisory
Enjoy working in a team
Available to start in 2026 for a 3-month internship
