Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Shell Scripting to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database development and be proficient in PL/SQL. Experience with Stock Ledger, stock record & reconciliation and Pro*C will be considered a significant advantage.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP
  • Analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
  • Incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type
  • Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
  • Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem record
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
  • Work on change requests from business
  • Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
  • Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
  • Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
  • Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
  • Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support
  • Contribute towards updating knowledge assets
  • Document all the learning’s from the project
  • Adhere to the Agile Ways of Working
  • Should be able to do the out of hours support and willing to work in UK shift
