Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Shell Scripting to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database development and be proficient in PL/SQL. Experience with Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) and Pro*C will be considered a significant advantage.

Job Responsibility:

Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP
analyzes incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken
incident investigation and diagnosis of all priority type
assists with classification and prioritization of incidents
detection of possible problems and the creating of a problem record
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
investigates assigned problems through to resolution or error identification
work on change requests from business
handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
keeping affected business partners informed about progress
participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support
contribute towards updating knowledge assets
document all the learnings from the project
adhere to the Agile Ways of Working
able to do the out of hours support and willing to work in UK shift
