Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical / Functional Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our CIB Client Regulatory Reporting IT team. This role requires someone who is both hands-on technically and strong on the functional side of regulatory reporting. You will be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting regulatory reports, with a strong focus on FR 2052A.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain regulatory reporting solutions using Oracle PL/SQL
  • Own the FR 2052A report end to end, from requirements and design to delivery and validation
  • Work closely with business and regulatory teams to understand reporting requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear technical and functional solutions
  • Build and maintain data structures (data marts, reporting tables) used for regulatory reporting
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure report accuracy
  • Support testing, production releases, and ongoing enhancements
  • Troubleshoot issues and respond to regulatory changes or audit requests

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within a financial institution
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL
  • Mandatory experience with FR 2052A regulatory reporting
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of reports
  • Experience working directly with business users and technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
