Job Description: [English Version] Responsibilities: Create the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) element framework and analyze its monthly results to enable cost allocation across each of the company’s business lines, identifying variances. Monitor program execution in order to analyze costs incurred to date and forecasts through contract completion – Estimate at Completion (EAC). Participate in the preparation and closing of reports that are part of the Financial Reports, supporting monitoring and control by Senior Management. Track actual expenses and hourly rates compared to budgeted figures, identifying variances. Analyze Work in Process (WIP) data on a monthly basis and compare it with the annual operating plan targets. Identify and report to management opportunities for improvement or innovation within the area, and engage in technological research and innovation development activities related to the field. Analyze commercial business cases for new Support and Service offerings when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or Production Engineering)
  • Previous experience in finance or commercial operations is mandatory
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)
  • Familiarity with cost and controlling activities
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with SAP will be considered a plus
  • Ability to communicate assertively with different departments and stakeholders, and to act proactively
