Requirements

Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef (Neapolitan experience desirable)
Strong understanding of dough, fermentation, and oven work
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Pride in consistency, quality, and presentation
A true team player who works closely with fellow chefs and FOH
Passion for pizza, craft, and continual improvement
