Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pizzaiolo to join our Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos opening team in Greece!

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare pizzas, doughs, sauces, and toppings according to recipes, production standards, and guest orders
  • Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining proper cooking times and temperatures
  • Complete mise en place and set up the pizza station for lunch and dinner service
  • Ensure all ingredients are prepped, properly stored, and rotated according to food safety standards
  • Monitor portion control, presentation, and quality of all pizza dishes before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, kitchen, and equipment at all times
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, culinary school, or equivalent professional culinary experience
  • Minimum of one to two years of culinary experience, preferably in pizza or Italian cuisine preparation
  • Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, dough handling, oven operation, and topping preparation
  • Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices
  • Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • All applicants must possess the legal right to work in Greece
