Job Responsibility

Prepare menu items according to recipe standards
Maintain required stock levels and make supply ordering recommendations
Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly including ovens, stoves, mixers, and fryers
Execute proficient knife skills and various cutting techniques
Work different kitchen stations and follow diverse recipes
Assemble salads, desserts, and other pre-prepared items
Ensure all dishes are executed and plated correctly following chef instructions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned stations and equipment
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
Organize and rotate food items in walk-in coolers
