Requirements:
1–2+ years’ experience as a pizza chef or pizza cook
Confident hand-stretching dough, topping and cooking pizzas
Experience working with wood-fired ovens
Ability to top and cook pizzas with speed, consistency and care
Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first attitude
Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in high-volume and alfresco kitchen environment
