Join White Rabbit Projects as Pizza Chef – Fire Up the Kitchen at EVE, Kensington. At White Rabbit Projects, we create hospitality experiences full of energy, creativity, and bold flavour. EVE, our restaurant in Kensington, is an unorthodox pizza joint from across the pond — serving NYC-style pizza pies alongside fantastic starters, sides, and desserts in a lively, high-energy setting. We’re now looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver consistently outstanding pizzas with precision and pride.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing and stretching dough to brand standards
  • Building and cooking NYC-style pizzas with consistency and speed
  • Managing your section during busy services
  • Supporting mise en place and prep for each shift
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
  • Passion for hospitality and great food
