Requirements:
Experience working with pizza dough — stretching, shaping and cooking in a wood-fired oven
A strong understanding (or genuine interest) in fermentation and consistency
Great communication and the ability to work as part of a tight-knit team
Energy, pride in your craft and a desire to be part of an opening
