Job Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for a number of Piping Engineers and Mechanical Engineers with large, complex project experience to work in support of EDFs Hinkley C nuclear power station construction project.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in relevant engineering discipline
  • Experience in mechanical and / or piping systems design
  • Experience in the review and acceptance of construction drawings
  • Proven track record of progressing from hands-on trade roles into supervisory or site management position will be an advantage
  • Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, be pro-active, report on and escalate relevant issues

Nice to have:

  • Previous nuclear industry experience
  • Experience obtained supporting other large regulated industry projects (e.g. oil and gas, rail, defence, petrochemical, marine, etc)
